Being criticized or judged might just be a blame game for some while for others it may be a daily routine. No doubt it brings disgust and self hatred with it. The thing is that’s not what matters . What matters is how long you can take it and not do anything about it. Yes!, “ How Long?”This question might pop up into the mind of those who try their best but still don’t get what they deserve. And if you are one of them then there is a need to change.
It’s not easy to accept negative feedback but to get in harmony with it and not to do anything about it is worse because that’s what you are going to do for the rest of your life. Simply hear what other’s say and ignore. But if you are strong enough to change and stop them by breaking your silence. You’ll get gratification.
I’m not saying be a complete different person but to improve yourself is always good for the betterment. In my case I was shy and sort of an introvert since my childhood but with time I opened up a lot more. Like many of us I too used to feel awkward in social gatherings even a little bit now too. But trust me when I started indulging in more of them things started getting better. And now even my best friend says 😂 “You can talk to anyone”.
So here’s the thing improving yourself by practicing the thing you find yourself weak at will give you positive result. It depends solely on you to either ignore or play the blame game or just do what is best for you to take the negative feedback and grow from it. Don’t give up on change.
